St. Patrick’s Day Festival 2022 – 13th March

No one parties like the Irish, so gather your friends and family and enjoy one of the best free events in London. Taking place in Trafalgar Square, the St. Patrick's Day Festival will see more than 50,000 people congregate at one of the biggest central London events to celebrate Irish culture with live performances, great food and stunning music. BP Big Screens at Trafalgar Square – 11th June

When it comes to free events in London, not many are as culturally enriching as the BP Big Screens. Offering the public free screened performances of ballet and opera courtesy of Royal Opera and Royal Ballet, this event gives everyone the chance to experience high culture without spending a penny.

London Marathon – 2nd October

Join over 40,000 runners and take part in next year’s London Marathon. It takes you past some of the city’s most famous landmarks, such as the Tower of London and the Cutty Sark before finishing at Buckingham Palace. Even if you aren’t a professional runner, anyone can enter the ballot to take on this challenge. Sign up, start your training and you’ll be ready to tackle the 26.2-mile course.
